We will create a dedicated meeting room per group. From there, you are self-organized.
Do I need to prepare anything before Day 1?
Add your idea or join an existing pitch in the registration sheet.
What if I can't find a team?
Think about a topic you're personally interested in and pitch it yourself – add it to the registration sheet. Or ask in the Global Customer Platforms Chat, someone might be looking too.
Does it have to be a cross-team topic?
No. It can be something that's only relevant for your own team. But maybe others face similar challenges – stay open if someone wants to join.
Can I switch teams?
Yes. If something doesn't feel right, feel free to switch.
What if I can't participate the full time?
That's fine. Join us at the start and contribute for as long as you can.
What level should I choose?
Choose the level that matches your current experience with AI tools. Mixed teams are welcome – more experienced participants can coach beginners.
Is the hackathon mandatory?
